The food was really good. We ordered well! My friends had the salmon and the lump crab pasta. My ribeye was well, seasoned, but a tiny bit overcooked. Our issue was with the service. We waited for too long to be greeted. And another 10 minutes to have a soda water delivered and the iced tea was forgotten. It took forever to flag our guy down to order. Our first experience at Americus. It was fantastic. The greeting at the door was quick and courteous. Kat was our waitress. Very pleasant and informative. Fondue appetizer was scrumptious. The food was served hot and delicious. Wine was just what the description said. There were 4 in our party. All of us were very pleased. We will be back and will recommend to others.

Enjoyed a nice dinner with a friend! i had the grilled salmon with a salad and my friend had the cauliflower steak that she raved about how delish it was. My salmon was cooked perfectly!
