I feel that now that Carl has retired the attitude of the employee's has changed for the worse. I walked in tonight, 3 men sitting at tables waiting for their food. I walked up to the counter and some girl said to me before I even ordered, we are very busy it's going to be 45 minutes before we make your order. So I ordered anyway because I drove 30 minutes to get there. Anyway 5 minutes later they call me for my order. I really felt like they did not want any more business...
This is my go to for lunch when I didn't bring from home. I'm hooked on their chicken cobb salad. Freshest veggies around every time. Despite the everyday rushes they experience, the staff are always able to greet guests with a smile and a hello.
I ordered a Turkey and Provolone. They weren't open yet but they answered the call and the lady was kind enough to take my order : ). The lady at the counter and the lady taking calls and making sandwiches is AMAZING. So very pleasant and courteous. Thank you all for the great sandwich and service today!!
