This morning 8/20 I had a wonderful experience with an employee named Shawn, apologies if that’s spelled incorrectly. Shawn was warm and inviting, helped me in an efficient and effective manner and I can say he had an extremely positive impact on my day. Was extremely pleased to interact with such a great employee, cannot praise him enough
This is my local Dunkin' as I live right down the road from it. Every time I come here for coffee and breakfast my order is always right, staff is friendly, and the food comes out hot. Very happy to live near a Dunkins filled with people who care.
As usual Dunkins food options are great. My kiddo and I really like the wraps. I do however recommend that they do a better job of keeping the place clean. One side had food and crumbs over the tables and chairs and there were so many flies around the machines. I'm sure those flies have touched the donuts and part of the machine that go on out food. The trash area was also quite messy.
