Holy moly!

Okay, they’re not oysters , but we were fortunate to get some clams from Sheyne and are we lucky! They were super fresh and absolutely delicious. Cannot wait to get some oysters! Highly recommend checking the farm out!

Oh, and yes the image is mostly of eaten ones, because we couldn’t wait to have them!

I brought my family here to have a unique experience and we were not disappointed! We learned a lot about the process of oyster farming and got to see how some of the equipment is used by the water. After that part of the tour, we were treated to a delicious raw bar of freshly harvested and shucked oysters, they were amazing! It was a beautiful secluded spot and we appreciated the privacy. Both Sheyne and Dylan were great to chat with and learn more about the industry as we enjoyed our oysters. Bonus is that the shack where the oysters are served is screened in, so the bugs weren’t an issue. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back for more oysters!

This place is incredibly special. I have always had an interest in aquaculture and Sheyne and Dylan know what they are talking about. Sheyne was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. I got a tour of the farm and got to taste some of their very large and delicious oysters with a special mignonette:)I can’t wait to return

Enjoyed a beautiful autumn afternoon on this tranquil farm. The oysters were so fresh and delicious. Sheyne and Dillon kept the oysters coming and gave us a great tour of their operations. Learned some helpful tips on how to improve my shucking skills!

Had a great time. This is a real, organic oyster farming experience. Learned a ton. Went out on Great Bay, NH & learned & watched everything about the oystering experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who loves oysters or is looking to try “real” oyster farming.
