So this rating of the Roost is the average of two visits. The first visit was for lunch. The sandwiches were excellent and the service was good. We sat at the bar and the overall experience was a 5. We decided to return a couple of weeks later. This time we sat outside. The little area was nice. The service was very slow. It took a good 10 minutes for anyone to even come out. We hosted a family event in their semi-private dining space. The food was enjoyed by all, prices were fair, and the service was excellent. From booking with Kate to the bartender & server, we were well cared for. Thanks Roost!

Great steaks, nicely prepared, a good steak and potatoes restaurant with a nice, if however a bit dark, atmosphere. The waitress, who was pleasant and rather loud, did not spend much time with us and never asked us if we needed anything. It's like she was following a script. May have been just the night.
