The food is Meh...? The pizza wasn't even cooked on the bottom! I mean if your drunk this would be really Awesome food...but if your not....pass it up!! Order to go, fried pickles are weird, sliced to bits! They didn't poke the corners of the container,so all the food was soggy ? The atmosphere is between a strip bar and drag show!! You would think they need a special license to throw money at the drag queens ,like a strip bar!! But hey new era!! Not for children ??
If you want to dance the night away, this is the only place in Dover that I'm aware of that routinely has dance music during the weekends. The clientele is exactly the same as it was when it was the Central Wave (or the Crowd that used to hang at RJ's), so there's that...but what do you expect when it's the only place in town.

Just got 2 slices of pizza & PBR. Place was empty when I first got there, including no bar tender. Pizza is a little dough - non balanced mix of not cooked enough to get crispy because over cheesed on top sealing in the moisture. It was tasty although sauce was a little simple. Overall affordable $3.50/pepperoni
