I told them I had coupons for a meal and Frosty. When I got to the window, they were going to overcharge me. Again I reminded them I had a coupon. They forgot the spoon for the frosty. No outdoor garbage buckets, so I had to limp to the filthy dumpster. No thanks

Wow! Just wow with the professionalism and the way they treat others they have zero respect and it definitely caused me to reconsider the entire situation when you see a crew member that you know instigated a huge altercation at work and got fired for it works for Wendy and he's standing there shooting a dirty look at another person who was simply trying to get a job because of customers are female and now he is not the center of attention and you lost both now just can't...

I heard back from Wendys...They sent me a link to get in touch with them. The link was defective; Page not found. Doesn't THAT figure! This was the second time I have had a bad experience and a bad link! Three strikes and you are OUT WENDY'S!!!
Huge screw up this visit. They tried to give me money back and I hadn't even paid yet. Took my money and thought they had given us our food. THEN they overcharged us for what we got,...
