“Great experience today with my family to celebrate my cousin’s birthday! The bbq was delicious and they have a great craft beer selection on tap. The owner, Dave, is very personable as well! I look forward to visiting this fine establishment many more times in the future. I highly recommend!”
“Everything about their food is amazing, everything is fresh and I swear these were maybe the best bagel sandwiches we’ve ever had.The service is fantastic, welcoming and nice people. Ambiance is great, friendly and warm.”
“I've been all over America, lived in San Diego for 5 years where there are more food options than you can imagine, and I've NEVER had Indian food as good as this. I got samosas, chicken Tikka masala, naan, and palak paneer and there was enough for 4 people at about $40, and it was so good. The people are very, very nice too! If you're in Troy NH give these people your business. They deserve it. Also, the palak paneer I would rate 12 out of 10. Best I've ever had (in used to saag paneer and it's basically the same thing).”
“I would give La Piñata Mexican Grill in Jaffrey, NH 10 stars if I could. My husband and I ordered the Cadillac Marguerites, Verde & Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas. They were outstanding. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the Mexican rice was perfect, and the refried beans were made from scratch, not out of a can. The décor was colorful and fun and the Mexican music was festive. The restaurant was immaculate and the service was superb! A fabulous restaurant.”
“I have driven by many times and finally had a chance to stop today. I wasn’t disappointed! The person I spoke to was extremely patient with me while we tried to find something I could eat despite some food allergies. I ended up with a delicious smash burger!”
“Holy Cow, I just had the Seafood Chowder with some friends, and I must say, I am in ecstasy! A big bowl full of the creamiest, most seafood-packed chowder I've ever had. Even the potatoes were obviously fresh and cooked to perfection. And it was not too salty. Just perfect! I cannot say enough good things about it! Thank you!Parking: It is simple and easy.”
“Yummy ice cream, ribs, and other food. We love going to the barbecue joint (unsure of what its called or if it's just connected to Charlie's). Staff are extremely friendly and they make all of their food fresh right in front of you (including empanadas). We love this place!!”
“What an absolutely amazing experience! Thoroughly recommend reservations at the bar, so you view a team in sync. Excellent menu, fabulous wine pairings, and groovy atmosphere.”
“Best breakfast and lunch menu. The cook is the owner. What does that tell you? Quality food, tastefully prepared, and the Wait staff treat you as a neighbor. Prices also are in small bills. Can't beat this place!”
“Warm, relaxing environment. Music was nice. Upbeat and friendly servers. Mocktail options that were quite yummy. The fish from the fish and chips was moist and flakey.... just as it should be. The French fries were good. The coleslaw was mild and I actually enjoyed it. I usually prefer malted vinegar coleslaw without Mayo. However, this coleslaw is definitely worth a try... even if coleslaw is not your thing.I stopped by for a quick bite and only ate half. Looking forward to fish and chips later for dinner;) Will definitely be back with my family. Next time I'll opt for the fried fish sandwich on brioche bread.”
“We had a paint night here tonight and it was our first visit to Divine. Everything from the planning process , to the wine, food, atmosphere, service and the wonderful staff was a 5 star evening. Thank you for everything.Parking: Right on main Street, there is parking in front or plenty of parking a short walk away.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp walkway into the front door.”
“The Bantam Grill is hands down one of the best (if not the best) restaurant that I’ve been to in New Hampshire! This cozy, unassuming Italian/American eatery feels like the perfect combination of upscale restaurant and local pub, with extremely polite and friendly waitstaff, as well as a bartender who should be working in NYC at an upscale cocktail lounge, because the two drinks that we had were unlike anything my palette had ever tasted before. The buffalo cauliflower appetizer almost had me fooled it was a vegetable, and the house-made raviolis melted in my mouth so well I swore I was in Italy. I will definitely be recommending the Bantam Grill to anyone looking for food in the Southern NH area, never mind Petersborough, this place is worth the TRIP!”
“Our absolute favorite place for a great cup of coffee! Not only are the macarons delicious with ever changing fun flavors, the cupcakes are perfectly bite sized, and both pair well with their wide variety of coffees. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming :)”
“I found Brown House Bakery online last night and stopped by today since it is only a 10 minute drive from our house. I got cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls and coffee cake to bring home, and they were fantastic. Everyone including the guests were so welcoming and friendly, and there were so many items I want to come back and try, as well as their full breakfast menu. Thrilled I found this hidden gem!”
“Our first time to this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Easter morning breakfast with a sweet waitress and a sweet waffle treat for my husband. Very nice interior with comfortable seats.”
“I personally don't love the pizza here BUT this place is amazing, the staff and owners are super friendly and easy to work with on speciality foods/pizza's, and they're constantly donating to schools or town festivities. They do so much for the town of Antrim, and for that alone, I support them. They have other foods that arn't pizza, their chicken nuggets are pretty great. :)”
“This is a great place to go and have a few drinks and some food. Wonderful building and great staff, plenty of parking and just a nice place to be. Bring your friends and family. There's not a lot of places out there so stop by and say Gary sent you.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking across the street and Handy Cap in the front”
“Atmosphere was great. Very good diversity of flavor for your palette. Owner/ operator is an absolute gem to talk to. This place is a diamond in the rough, give it a try.”
“Best Thai food around. Thai food is my favorite. We moved here from the city and this is the only place that is actually good! Like it is better than some Boston Thai food restaurants. The best.”
“My visit to Los Agaves Mexican restaurant in Fitzwilliam, NH, was hands down the best dining experience I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shone through in every dish they served.Speaking of the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. Whether it was the sizzling fajitas, the mouthwatering enchiladas, or the refreshing margaritas, every aspect of the meal exceeded my expectations. But what truly set Los Agaves apart was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made us feel like honored guests, and their genuine enthusiasm for what they do was contagious. In short, my experience at Los Agaves was nothing short of perfection. If you're looking for a dining experience that's truly unforgettable, look no further than Los Agaves in Fitzwilliam, NH. You won't be disappointed!”
“I cannot say enough incredible things about Baker's Station. I ordered a custom cake and smash cake for my son's first birthday. Amy is so talented, so sweet, and such a pleasure to work with! The cakes came out absolutely stunning! I literally started crying when I got home! They are everything I wanted and more!! Thank you so so so so much!”
“Several friends moved to the area and wouldn't shut up about this place. Just to placate them I went in....Honestly, probably the best breakfast I've ever eaten. No joke. Every item I ordered tasted fresh like it was home made. I love the eclectic menu. Lots of inspiration from Central America and North Africa. Where else could you order a burrito and shashuka!? The only gripe I have is the set up. As a brand new customer I had to navigate how to do things: coffee is self serve, bus your own dishes, not sure whether to pay/tip at the table or the register, etc. BUT the staff are super friendly and affable. All in all an outstanding meal with old school New England charm. I live an hour away and will be going more often.”
“I have bought a lot of different things from the General Store, home made doughnuts, scones, muffins, all sorts of delicious sandwiches and they have never disappointed me! You have to try this place, it's so good! The staff and cooks their are so polite! The Harrisville General Store is a great reason to take a ride and enjoy the area.”
“Have visited several times living in the area but our most recent lunch with our of town family visiting was incredible! Our food and drinks for lunch were top notch and our Server Kelsey was amazing, she was very friendly, personable, attentive and made our experience even better. Kids options were awesome delicious and big portions, flatbreads and appetizers delicious again great portions. Burgers are awesome as we've tried those on a previous visit. Drinks were amazing highly recommend the espresso martini or any drink on the menu. Thank you so much see you again soon.Parking: Plenty of parking directly in lot or adjacent lot or also plenty of free street parking. We visited on a weekend and more than enough spots.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus and plenty of options for food and drinks very accommodating.”
“I stopped by for a coffee. I ordered the Mocha Latte decaf and it was delicious! I couldn't resist the cute store offering beautiful bags, pottery and other items for sale. I purchased a beautiful pottery bowl. There was live music too. A delightful place!”
“Our family had a blast. They offer bumper lanes for a set price per hour which was great for our kiddos. There is a small arcade on site which was fun as well. The food and drinks were good and the service was amazing.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade on-site, bumper lanes for kids, and kid friendly atmosphere”
“Doug's has the best hot dogs and his own root beer . You can't miss it if you're going through marlborough. He's in the parking lot of marlborough country convince. .”
“These soups are amazing! They are all uniquely flavored and it is easy to tell they are made with healthy ingredients and lots of care. Rachel also makes other items to go along with the soup at times. I have had the scones, pop-overs and mulled cider and all were fantastic. I highly recommend these soups. I have never had one that myself or family members do not like! It is a hidden gem for soups.”
“Food was great - we've always loved Grappelli's, even more so with the new owners. We had the Pizza of the Month and it was so tasty! However it was our first time dining in, and I was a little disappointed for the following reason - we had our 10-month-old daughter with us, and as it turns out, Grappelli's isn't so family-friendly. We had just driven an hour to meet family for lunch, and we immediately needed a diaper change. I headed back to the restroom to find no area to change my daughter. Thankfully, I had a changing pad in our bag, and changed my daughter on the bathroom floor (yuck). We came out from the bathroom to sit down for lunch, and unfortunately no highchairs were available. The food was awesome, but the dining-in experience left me not wanting to return because I felt it was not baby-friendly! Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Just a heads up to anyone with toddlers/babies!Kid-friendliness: Not baby-friendly.”
“Let's start off that this place is the most charming renovated farm house. We loved the interior and was an interesting clash being an Italian restaurant. The food was spectacular. We are originally from the Boston area and adore the North End. We moved out to the burbs and this place was still an hour away....totally worth the trip. I got the Gorgonzola Chicken. I asked my wife for a divorce so I could marry this dish. Just creamy and beyond sinful. Great stuff. The wait staff were friendly and affable albeit a tad slow. Nowadays, with the employment shortage, you can't really bitch about service if they're slow, but busy. It's just the new normal. Our only gripe was that the drinks were a tad weak, but worth the expense for the food quality and ambiance. Make reservations! This place appears to always be full!”
