Let's start off that this place is the most charming renovated farm house. We loved the interior and was an interesting clash being an Italian restaurant. The food was spectacular. We are originally from the Boston area and adore the North End. We moved out to the burbs and this place was still an hour away....totally worth the trip. I got the Gorgonzola Chicken. I asked my wife for a divorce so I could marry this dish. Just creamy and beyond sinful. Great stuff. The wait staff were friendly and affable albeit a tad slow. Nowadays, with the employment shortage, you can't really bitch about service if they're slow, but busy. It's just the new normal. Our only gripe was that the drinks were a tad weak, but worth the expense for the food quality and ambiance. Make reservations! This place appears to always be full!

Situated in the rural woods of Dublin in a 250+ year old house, Del Rossi’s is a uniquely New Hampshire version of an Italian restaurant. The good:Nice atmosphere with live music on weekends, good food with decent sized portions, plenty of options for vegetarian and gluten free individuals, INCREDIBLE dessert offeringsNeeds work:The table bread is pretty underwhelming and the dirt parking lot gets quite muddy when it’s wet outDietary restrictions: They have gluten free pasta available

Finally got around to trying Del Rossi's, glad we did! Vibes were traditional, cozy new England relaxed, food was flavorful and tasty. Typical American-Italian menu, but plenty of options for everyone. Just wish they had a pasta & meatballs dish instead of al-la-carte (spaghetti & sauce + 2 medium meatballs will run you about $35)Definitely make a reservation ahead of time and plan to be there for 1:30-2 hours. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable, service was a bit on the slower side but the food came out hot and tasty!Parking: The parking lot has plenty of space but is made of dirt and not lined, so customers just park however they please which takes up multiple spots.

An unexpected treasure in Dublin. Good food and great service. The in-house made gnocchi with the tomato basil sauce was excellent. Definitely will be going back.

When I saw that my Goat Cheese Salad only had four measly chunks of goat cheese I was disappointed... But I dutifully broke them up and took a bite of the salad and FELL IN LOVE. I could've eaten a whole bucket of that salad, and there was enough goat cheese after all so I guess I know what they're doing!

Have to be honest, used to love going there! Food tasted wonderful, it was plated nicely, drinks were always good. This last time not such a good experience. Food was bland and was very poorly plated. I also received 6 small pieces of potato like I would've gotten had we gone out for breakfast. Not sure we'll be going back anymore.

Don’t try to order take out from this restaurant even though they say the provide take out. Lady on the phone hung up on me. She told me can’t do take out after 5:30… they open at 5:00 on Saturday. I called at 5:30… maybe they should put that tidbit of information on their website next to “take out” orders.
