I’ve been here multiple times now and enjoyed it every time. Brisket sandwich with fries and some malt vinegar are my favorite. I like to switch up the sauces for the brisket when I go. Chicken and pulled pork are really good as well.

Amazing food! I’m picky when it comes to southern food since I was raised in the south. Every bite was 100% perfect. Can’t get any better than this place! Brisket was perfect, pulled pork was perfect, collards were perfect, everything was perfect! I truly can’t express how much I loved the food here. I also love they have gold bbq sauce here.

When I dined here with my friends and family the staff seemed to dislike us immediately. One of the staff in particular made racial remarks, thinking we wouldn't understand him. His name is Ian. Food wasn't all that either -2/10 do NOT eat here.

We recently got married and used Smokehaus Dublin to cater our wedding. It was such a huge hit! The food was beyond amazing and working with David was a breeze. Never got a photo of the buffet unfortunately but all of my guests were stuffed and quite impressed! Highly recommend for a wedding!

Awesome beer list, awesome food. I judge a BBQ place by their brisket. It was tender and well seasoned, Grest fat to crust to meat ratio. Hush puppies were awesome. The collared greens were awesome. The pulled pork was maybe a bit dry, this was a pretty late lunch to be fair, but it was still delicious and with all the choices in sauce it was easy to overlook and enjoy. The beers…so many good choices (always happy to see modest man and schilling options) and I love the quick service. It was super fast and friendly. Prices were also extremely reasonable, probably because of the hybrid order at the counter/quick service design, it certainly wasn’t due to cutting corners or skimping on portions. All 3 of us left full. There was also a red hat society meeting there so you know it’s legit.

Delicious!! I had the brisket and pulled pork, full of flavor didn’t need any sauce. Corn bread was yummy and fries are hardly ever wrong lol. I would definitely take a trip back from Chicopee MA anytime!! Coleslaw is creamy which is not my thing it was still good. Definitely worth the money spent! Service was fast and staff was friendly and informative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
