Delicious and fresh! I had the hummus sandwich served on a freshly made pita with red cabbage and a tomato and cucumber salad providing the perfect amount of texture. Add the available sauces of spice, curry, or sesame and you’re in business!

However, the gentleman manning the food truck left a bad taste in my mouth. He didn’t acknowledge me waiting at the window for at least four to five minutes while at times standing directly in front of him. I understand he was working solo and was busy, but not even a “I’ll be right with you!”, which absolutely would have sufficed, is poor form.

amazing food, been obsessed ever since i first found this place! owner & staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and you can tell how passionate they are about what they serve.
