This Domino’s made a mistake with my order. We had put in for more than a dozen pizzas for my son’s birthday party and when I arrived they had not been made due to a computer mistake. I confess I was impatient with them, but they were very accommodating and nice to me anyway. They got the order done not too far past when I was set to pick it up, and they gave me a discount for my trouble. Very good people in there. Domino’s pizza is Domino’s pizza, but the staff at this location were great.

This location deserves a much higher rating than they currently have. Compared to the Dover location, this one in Durham is flawless. I wrote a review on Dover explaining my experiences with them, so if you want context for why I think the Durham Domino's is so much better, you can read that.Bottom line, this location just makes better pizza. I haven't had to have a pizza remade once, and every one I get is consistently good. Right amount of sauce and cheese, the crust is clearly defined around the edge, the pizza itself is cut properly, they manage to keep the toppings on TOP of the cheese (something Dover struggles with), and the dough doesn't taste like it has sat out pre-tossed on a rack for 2 hours just waiting to be used.This location also has friendlier employees, and offers plenty of parking and a dining area. It's also much closer to my house. The only reason I was choosing Dover over this location was because Dover's rating is considerably higher than here... but after multiple orders, I can say with 100% certainty that Durham's Domino's blows the one in Dover away.
