Worked here for a while and have complained to JFS. This store has mold from spilled coffee. The store manager tries his best, but the people higher up don't listen, and they pay low. They don't care if any of their stores are cleaned, and they only have 0 mangers because they don't know how to run a business. And they only want 2-4 people on the floor. Work with JFS you'll have an unfair workplace every store.

This Dunkin is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in hands down. Trash overflowing, coffee, stains on all the tables as well as counter tops, floors haven’t been swept and mopped.I asked a male employee the last time he wiped his counter down, and instead of taking a second to wipe it he said “this morning.” And walked away.Unacceptable!!!!!!!

Called to place and order over the phone for pickup next day. The order was placed and confirmed with my name. Got there to pick it up and manager says they don't take over phone order. Geez so someone did not share that info. Nor did they apologize. So beware of you need to order a large order prepare to wait for a while while they prepare it on the spot. Real smart management.

Highly incompetent manager. Let’s make a 5 person deep line wait 15 minutes in the morning while you only fill online orders. This store has tons of staff why are there only 2 people working on a busy morning? What kind of manager does not know how to schedule for busy peaks. My day is now ruined that I could not get my dunks coffee this morning. Please hire a manager who knows how to run a restaurant and one who actually cares.

Just moved to the area and have gone into this Dunkin' donuts several times at different times during the day. The service is absolutely horrible. You walk up to the counter to order and people just look at you and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Aside from that the countertops and tables are always filthy and the barrels are always overflowing with trash. Not a good look.
