I used to order here several times a week until recently when I placed a mobile order for pick-up and the store cancelled it for no stated reason and refused to issue me a refund. When I arrived at the store there was no manager on site, when she was called she was extremely rude and essentially called me a liar on speakerphone in a crowded store, even though I could produce my confirmation email and show the money taken out of my account. The manager was extremely rude and the place was filthy. I also never got to eat since the store refused to refund my money or make my sandwiches. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

This subway is terrible, closes early even tho it’s closes at 9, denies people service before closing, terrible customer service except for the student workers they are nice, and when it’s not the student workers the sand which is poorly made and loaded with sauce. Don’t go here save ur money. I’m disappointed
