I absolutely love this place. It is my go to college spot for a light snack or fullfilling meal. They use super fresh ingredients and the smoothie bowls are my favorite. They are a perfect consistency. Everyone is nice there and the ambience perfectly matches their menu. They have chill music and it's always a great time.

Hate to complain :( because I love the bowls! However… this is my 4th time it wasn’t up to par especially when I’m spending 18$…… today I can’t even put my spoon in it it’s FROZEN! I’ll have to leave it out to melt a while!!! Last time I got one and it was half full :( I just keep having bad luck at this location but it’s the closest one to me through out the summer! I’m super disappointed lately cause I get these atleast once a week

I went there today and while ordering we received constant pressure to add more things to our juices - not being told that they cost extra. Also, the one of taking my order charged me double and after asking for the receipt and checking through it , I realised this and went to go up to the counter to ask for my money back and the employee handed me back the money without me even having to ask. Therefore, she blatantly knew that he had purposefully overcharged me in the hopes I wouldn’t notice. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a brand I used to respect as they had high standards of customer service rather than their obvious obsession with profit.

Parking: I found parking easily as I went at a non-busy time during the day and week, but I’m sure that the street parking can fill up quickly.

Great location that's more spacious than the others I've been in. Nice to have seating options. In the past, they've offered food in addition to juices and smoothies, but that seems to be getting more limited. The grab and go cooler has some food options, but not sure if they are still serving soup.
I've never been in when it's busy, and everything I've had has been just as good as at other locations. Definitely a younger crowd because of the university.

I love the Juicery and the soups they offer. I was pretty disappointed this evening however at the Durham store. I stopped in at 5:35pm before the scheduled close at 6pm. I had hoped to buy a significant amount of take out soup for family dinner. The staff announced, “sorry we have already put away all the soup.” This was 25 minutes before closing time - and they clearly had soup, they just weren’t going to sell it to me! Management should train employees to be open and serve food up until closing time. Pretty annoying.
