The website automatically adds a tip to your order. Why would I tip someone that I don’t see. And there’s no one there to ask about it. Very poor

I’m very disappointed with the acai bowl that I received. Being almost 20 bucks to get an acai bowl is ridiculous plus you would think you would receive a lot of fruit. That is not the case it’s actually embarrassing that you let orders go out like that. The quality of the food is not the problem it’s the laziness of your workers who don’t put in any effort into making the bowl. Paying near 20 bucks for your acai bowl should be filled with fruit. The acai bowl should be layered with fruit then paste and over again. You guys live of college students to make money who don’t have a lot to spend. You should treat your customers orders with a lot more effort and respect.
So inconsistent!!! When it’s good it’s really good, but there’s been multiple times where I’ve gotten it and it’s soup. The granola and the fruit is soggy, and the açaí is straight liquid. I’ve started to write thick consistency in the note section, which has made the bowls better overall but I just went today and I think it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. It’s warm and soggy, but somehow there’s ice chunks in it?? I’ve worked at an acai store before and this is not how they’re supposed to be made.

Sorry I couldn’t tell you. I tried to go in there and buy one, but they told me I have to go and order online. I just laughed and walked out. I’m holding back what I really think. But there seems to be trouble in paradise.

This was literally one of the most yummiest and refreshing thing I have eaten! So glad I found this spot!

Extremely underwhelmed. The protein powder was unblended, the fruit was frozen hard, the granola was just a crushed up nature valley bar, and the peanut butter was stuck to the top of the container. The açaí was also only a third of the bowl. For the same price you can go to the juicery and get a much better bowl. Don't waste your time here.

No better Acai' Bowls anywhere on the East coat, without question. Highly recommend. Worth the travel from anywhere!
This place has the best açaí bowls around HANDS DOWN!! Fast & easy
The employees are young adults with no respect or costumer service skills whatsoever. They close the online order platform well before 4:00 PM (the website says the items are not available) to not take your order because they do not want to work. We are always 3 loyal costumers but will not buy anymore. You are better served in “The Juicery”.

Ever since they went online only, bowls have been very inconsistent. Ordering 2 larges and they make enough açaí for one and split it between the 2. Then pack it w fruit and granola
There is a variety of options for different kinds of protein that can be added. Foods available range from smoothies to dragonfruit and acai bowls. The large acai bowls can last multiple meals.
Hands down best açaí bowls at UNH. A bit pricey though but worth it.
Delicious acai bowls and smoothies! Friendly staff and easy ordering process. Pre-Covid, the line would get pretty long and the small space inside would get very crowded, but their new online ordering and curbside pickup resolved that issue!
Love this place!
