We were in town to drop of kids at UNH for start of the year. We bought 5 pizzas for the kids and their friends, totaling $101.27 with tip. Four out of the five pizzas were extremely well done / overcooked / burnt. We did NOT ask for this. After we found this out, my wife called them about it. The girl that answered the phone was very sympathetic and said she needed to talk to her manager about making 3 new pizzas. A few minutes went by and she called back to say that she spoke with her manager and he said, "only the cheese should be burnt, the rest of the pizza should be fine". I told her it wasn't fine as I have 8 people to feed and less than 1/2 of the slices are edible. She said she'd go and talk with him again, and she'd call back again. 15 minutes went by with no call, so my wife called them. The girl said the manager was refusing to talk to us about it and also refusing to remake 3 pizzas. Very poor customer service! We will NEVER buy from them again. Steer clear!
The pizza and calzones are delicious - good ingredients and love the crust... and Wildcat is the only place around that has vegan cheese as an option, which is a big deal on days we need a vegan option.

The first time there and the owner assisted us. The pizza was delicious, and the conversation was great. With UNH being out and construction in the street, the atmosphere was improved thanks to the owner, but it will be great when everyone is back and the city is finished. I can imagine things will be great.
