East Hampstead Domino’s

This is my local Domino's. Pizza is always great. The stuffed cheesy bread is delicious as always. They have pasta dishes and sandwiches as well to mix things up or for someone who isn't down for pizza. Great team.

I placed a phone order today for a pineapple bacon pizza, hot wings and bbq wings. The gentleman who prepared my meal was so kind, and soft spoken (went back to the store just to get his name, KALEB). I could tell my food was going to be amazing just by our short interaction and it was, it looked so nice I didn’t even want to touch it. 😂 You can tell he is very passionate about what and how he does it. I just wanted to say a big thank you to you! In addition, whoever the owner of this franchise is, you should be proud to have such a phenomenal worker! My guy needs a raise or something!

Only had 2 people and one was delivering tonight and they were pretty busy but the one dude in the kitchen/counter still took time to make sure we got what we ordered properly and was very kind. Yall deserve more help.

The worst pizza ordering experience we’ve ever had. They wouldn’t meet the corporate advertised offering, so they hung up on us twice, and when we called back again they said they couldn’t even offer us medium pies when they were offering large pizzas2 for 1. Dominos is even more of a rip off than they’ve ever been before. Thought we’d try one more time, but they tried to screw us yet again.

Guy working the front counter was actively eating food as serving customers crumbs all over his hands and overall just rude. They also forgot all the sauces for my wings and when I came back, they just handed me like 12 sauces and said that they didn’t have any bags for it

Ordered 2 pizza s never again.. absolutely terrible..there was so much garlic salt..you could not even eat it...got cinnamon twist..no icing was in there . very disappointed..I give them an F...never order from there again.

The food is inconsistent, some of the Staff is rude and now all of a sudden the Drivers decide that they can deny a delivery because it is “too far”. Since when is 3 miles too far? We have ordered from this Dominos since the day they opened and never had an issue, there have only been 2 times (1 of those times being tonight) where some kid working there told us we are “out of the delivery area” and said “the Drivers decide where they deliver to”. We will no longer order or give our business to this location. To the Manager of this location maybe it’s time you reevaluate who is working for you. There is a reason your rating dropped to a 3.

Three errors were made today. First I ordered garlic twists, they gave me cinnamon twists instead, when informed the worker they remade the order, but gave me parmesean twists instead of garlic. 3rd error was I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza with half of it including mushroom. When I got home and opened up the pizza box only half of the pizza had pepperoni. Clearly the workers are lazy and don't care, or they have a faulty order system or a combination of both. Warning, do not order food from here cause they will certainly fail yo fulfill your expectations !

Usually I love Dominos Pizza, however this location has not been good lately. Tonight was the biggest let down. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and extra pineapple. I got pineapple, barely any mushroom and extra (extra) pepperoni, the pizza was also burned around the edges. I called to let them know and the person that answered totally dismissed me. I ate the pizza because it was the first thing I had eaten all day, but was extremely disappointed. My order clearly said extra pineapple and the slip said the same. It will be a while before we go back to this location.

When you call and get the actual people from the store 110% Great Service every Time!!!
The Biggest Problem is their Answering service people, He intercepts the Calls every time. Please have people that either live locally, I keep getting the Same guy every Time. He either can't remember the the order or the the Address! If the Calls are being Recorded Please Review them. I call all the Time Food is Awesome & a Great Price too.
Again it's their call center that makes it Harder to Order when Hungry. Tks.
