Definitely suggest ordering ahead at this location in particular. Staff doesn't take orders from the counter well or in a timely fashion. I waited for 10 minutes to order my son a hot cocoa and a donut. The drive through is dreadfully slow. At times it's taken over 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. It's a disaster.I will say that there is an employee there that is constantly running around, working the window and making drinks, and has a smile on her face all the time!...read full review
Rude customer service, they are always out of what I order. While in the drive thru an employee came outside with their gloves on touching the filthy back door and didn't change gloves.
I rarely leave reviews, but this is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to - and as a Boston native and huge Dunks fan, I’ve been to a million DDs. As a new-ish Enfield resident, I go here almost every day. everything just tastes better here: the iced coffee is consistently great and better than any other DDs’ iced coffee (I’m not sure what they do, but it tastes a bit more strong/less diluted - it’s excellent).
