“Just a quick note from someone who never writes reviews. Sitting at The Beach Plum with my three kiddos and so impressed and grateful for the wonderful service we’ve received here. We had a tiny issue with one meal which was immediately acknowledged and fixed tenfold. Two members of the team checked on us several times after to make sure we were doing okay and then sent us home with an extra meal for later on the house. My kids learned a great lesson on wonderful and kind customer service and The Beach Plum will continue to be a favorite spot for us! Thank you!!“

“Sweetest staff member brought our meal to the play place! They were clearly super busy with the drive thru and my meal took longer. They also were out of one of the items I ordered and the staff came to ask what I wanted in its place! Glad there's still a play place close by! I did clean up a spill in the play area but not the fault of staff people don't follow the rules.“

Clapped for her song, all the front workers came out and complimented her AND they hunted down the toy she was hoping for! What a treat walking out of there with the biggest smiles and giggles! “Absolute fire 🔥! Eaten here twice since I got a job just down the road...the fries are excellent and both burgers I've had exceeded expectations! Staff is always kind and attentive and food is always hot when I get back to the shop. Happy these guys are just a 4 minute drive from the shop!“

“if you like in-n-out style - this is the place! Great burgers, onion rings, and fries. If you get your In-n-Out double double animal style, order it dirty style at Lee Franks. Service was particularly good and fast. The only caveat was that the fries were really salty, something to consider when ordering if you like them lightly salted.“
