Exceeding slow and inept service. Substitutions without telling you and a laizze faire staff and management attitude about tending to the customer. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another store.

Service is ok. Depends on the time of day. They get rid of food early, night crew if they feel like making it is generally bare minimum or made wrong. For example bought a $5+ breakfast sandwich and got 1 pc of bacon. Croissant and bacon both not heated. Gad the egg was.

It’s 7:25 and this Dunkin’ doesn’t close until 8PM and we were told they couldn’t make us any food because they’re “in the process of closing up for the night.”

How you manage to mess up a simple coffee when there's nobody else in line and Noone in store to wait on is baffling. The employees need to shut up about their personal business and pay attention to what they are making. Pathetic yall cant get a simple butter pecan regular right.

This store in the last 5 years has gone from bad to worse. Management is horrible to say the least, the manager spends all her time sitting in the office instead of helping during rushes, and the employees here don't work together there is zero coordination at all. And the girls arguing out loud in front of everyone every time you go in is baffling. Don't go here.

If you don’t want people to order in-person inside the store, just close the lobby. Employees blaring music and chatting amongst themselves about topics unrelated to work all the while I order from a kiosk and get ignored. Poor management at this location, no doubt.

8/26/25 4pm two girls were working. Usually, every time I order here, everyone is so sweet and nice but today I ordered from a girl I could barely hear and didn’t confirm my order and as I got up to the window, I noticed that there was something wrong with my order granted it was on my part. I had asked for them to fix it apologized I wasn’t rude, and I was met with disgusting attitudes and laughing to which I am extremely frustrated and concerned that if they were that attitudinal right in front of me that they would do something to my drink. I probably will not be returning to this location because of those two girls.
