When I go to a place that’s known for their coffee is donuts and bagels when they tell me that they’re out of bagels again it’s not worth me ever stopping again

Worse dd in a while,my husband put in mobile order, how we wanted our coffees, and the staff made it the way they wanted, gross coffee and way to much sugar,so thanks for making my blood sugar going up, asked for a little, not a bag of sugar and they put cream in and I asked for milk. Terrible !!!

6 employees and still I stood at the counter for five full minutes until I successfully waved one down so I could secure one of the weakest $3 cups of coffee I have ever had the misfortune of drinking. First bad cup I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. Never again.

I moved to Epsom less than a year ago and go to Dunkin Donuts daily. Unfortunately, this must be the worst one I’ve ever been to, and I finally hit the mark yesterday where I needed to leave a negative review after receiving poor customer service when I asked to get my coffee remade after getting the wrong order 2 days in a row, and then getting stares and laughs from a bratty employee drinking Aroma Joes on the job!
The only one to seem friendly is the manager, and unless she is there, the rest of the crew is awful. The boy they frequently have at the drive-thru window is awful and is unfriendly and doesn’t care about the accuracy of any order. The rest of the staff is the same.
This place needs to completely recruit a new crew. I know several people that will drive to the Chichester Dunkin’ Donuts just so they don’t have to experience this terrible location.

Went there this morning to find out my two favorite employees stopped working there. I’m truly upset. And I talked to the employees who worked there to find out there’s a lot more going on there like smoking marijuana on the premises by two females echo and Nevaeh not sure the last names but I find this disturbing. I will not be returning.
