8/26/25 4pm two girls were working. Usually, every time I order here, everyone is so sweet and nice but today I ordered from a girl I could barely hear and didn’t confirm my order and as I got up to the window, I noticed that there was something wrong with my order granted it was on my part. I had asked for them to fix it apologized I wasn’t rude, and I was met with disgusting attitudes and laughing to which I am extremely frustrated and concerned that if they were that attitudinal right in front of me that they would do something to my drink. I probably will not be returning to this location because of those two girls.

August 22 around 5 pm. I didn’t get the name of the girl but she was working all by herself, but as bad as I felt she was the kindest fast food worker I have encountered! For sure deserves some sort of raise. Really recommend this Dunkin!!!!

Even with enough staff they can’t seem to get food out, it’s ridiculous…drive thru line out the driveway so I go in, the drive thru gets priority and EVERY SINGLE CAR has made it thru and I’m STILL inside waiting on a breakfast sandwich

Stopped at this Dunks right before 8pm while passing through without realizing that is right when they close. The woman who waited on us, Echo, was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome even though we were committing the worst offense a food patron can; showing up at the end of the night expecting service. Huge shout out to Echo, coffee always tastes the same to me from Dunks to Dunks but the service this visit was incredible. Thank you, Echo!
When I go to a place that’s known for their coffee is donuts and bagels when they tell me that they’re out of bagels again it’s not worth me ever stopping again

Worse dd in a while,my husband put in mobile order, how we wanted our coffees, and the staff made it the way they wanted, gross coffee and way to much sugar,so thanks for making my blood sugar going up, asked for a little, not a bag of sugar and they put cream in and I asked for milk. Terrible !!!
