Just went to an Aroma Joe's in Alton.....very abrupt, like the person didn't want to be bothered. This is the attitude, I don't like, and don't go to other fast food/coffee shops.So.....Epsom Aroma Joe's employees, you are the best! Most professional, and friendly! TY
Honestly the customer service is top notch. They actually SMILE at you! And THANK YOU. Not many “fast food” places will do this anymore. I know it’s hard to act happy & smile all day but it really makes a difference and it is noticed!
