“I enjoy Dunkin. This store was very busy, so I had to wait to order through the app (I needed to walk-in for pick up). I finally ordered as drive-through, figuring I would just walk up to the drive-through window. Luckily the restaurant walk-in area was open, so I did not have to wait behind a car. Food was excellent.“
“It's fast food , not much else to say .but it'd b nice to go through the drive-through and get the order and it not look like it got stepped on .... and chill with the mayo it's way to much and there's more mayo than chicken or what not. To the staff ... if your serving something that u wouldn't eat don't serve it to customers .....“
“9x out of 10 I have a perfectly pleasant experience. I see a lot of bad reviews & they deserve better. They're located in the Rapid Refill gas station. Sometimes there's a line, but it tends to move at a moderate pace. Every once & a while they say they will be right with me which they usually are & it sure beats just sitting at the drive-thru speaker wondering if anyone is working. My order is always quite simple: (1) Medium Hot French Vanilla Coffee with a Turbo Shot, made regular. There have been a few times where I forget how I want it made & they ask if I want any cream or sugar. One time, I got all the way to the pick-up window & the girl asked me if I needed cream or sugar. She kindly went back to have it added even though I made the mistake of doing my own order wrong! I am always spoken to very nicely when ordering & picking up my order. I like this location & will continue to return.“
“Wow what a change since the new manager Andrea the food the atmosphere the cleanliness, friendliness and the overall experience has changed 100% for the better I cannot believe the difference one person can make in a restaurant service. This is now my new favorite place again ?“

“I just to say I know this dunking gets a bad reputation from my experience I go there first thing in the morning and the morning crew is absolutely amazing they are friendly funny are mistakes made sure once in a while but with that we are all human we all make mistakes it happens but to post about all the negatively why not post on the positive if a mistakes has happened go talk to them don't bash them on social media every place is short handed they are doing their best. “Its Dunkins what more can I say. Coffee and food is good but prices are a bit high.. but then again, Everything is getting more expensive these days. I discovered recently the reward program changed and no longer gives free coffee for your birthday and it takes longer to earn a free Coffee with the new system. Is till go for a treat now and then, but the value is not the same as it used to be.Much less crowded then the Dunkins down the street and I prefer this location. So gains a star for that, but lost a star for the new rewards program.“
“These reviews are crap. I live near this location and I've gone here probably 30 times in the last few months. Every. Single. Time, regardless of how busy, they've been polite, friendly, and efficient. They have even remade drinks when -I- was the one that messed up on the order. I absolutely hate to see the reviews/rating I see on here because this is easily my favorite location in the state.“
“On the way home from Concord yesterday we decided to stop at this Dunkins location. We needed a moment to escape from the hot and humid weather the we were experiencing, used the restrooms, and ordered 2 nice refreshing Ice Cold Iced Coffees as well as 2 vanilla cream donuts. Let's just say it felt absolutely amazing to be able to get out of the heat and to be able to sit in the AC for a bit to enjoy my coffee and donut.The crew was extremely friendly, helpful and worked very well together. The only complaint I had was that the coffees were really really strong so I had to add more cream and sugar In order to be able to drink it. I also wish that ALL Dunkin locations carried CHOCOLATE CREAM DONUTS!!!! There is a very minimal number of Dunks that actually do carry them and they sell out so quickly :(“
