Always great coffee and great staff
2 stars is being kind.
Something is very wrong here. The turnover of staff is extremely high because I never see the same people when I stop. They’re friendly but something is making them quit pretty soon after they start working.
Today we stopped and after waiting quite a while at the drive through they couldn’t even make an egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were too short staffed. Only 2 people on a Sunday morning ????!!!!! REALLY?! There was...read full review

It's only ever like two people at a time who work for the store that are actually really good at their jobs. Whenever they're working things are great. 75% of the time though your food's coming out cold in the center. They're always understaffed really busy and apps usually down

Dunkin' is a restaurant that offers pleasant and efficient service, with a dedicated manager and staff who go above and beyond to meet customers' needs. The morning crew is particularly friendly and funny, making sure to get orders right despite the occasional mistake. The drive-thru service is also friendly and accommodating, even if orders are made at the end of the day. Despite occasional errors, the staff is doing their best and works well under pressure.
