“The folks at Apotheca created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding, far and above anything we could have dreamed. From the boutonnieres and bouquets to the arbor and ceremony space, they were exactly the style we had worked with the team to develop. As we're writing this review, we still have one of our table centerpieces in front of us, and I'm still finding new, beautiful details every time I look at it. I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. “The flavor choices are ENDLESS. Ok, maybe not technically endless, but I'm still trying different flavors and combinations 8 years later. I love a sugar-free rush with amaretto. I also tried some amazing iced Irish Cream deliciousness recently. The baristas are super friendly and are always great for recommending new drink ideas. Noelea is my top favorite drink connoisseur at Aroma Joe's. She has whipped me up some questionable flavor combos that have turned out to be absolutely delicious every time. The Cajun hashbrows are a snacky snack MUST!! For a warm drink, on a crisp fall day, get a large London Fog two tea bags. Chef's kiss.“

“Being tourists in the area, we didn't realize Aroma Joe's was a drive-thru-only. Therefore, no restroom. We didn't buy any coffee, but they were helpful & friendly giving us directions to places that would have a restroom.“

“By far the best Dunkin’s I have gone to. The staff are friendly and courteous! Orders are always done how it is asked. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“

“I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. I would much rather get a good iced coffee, and go the complete opposite direction. Versus wait in-line at eddy road dunks for the same time if not more, for a terrible coffee and terrible customer service“

Parking: Big lot for cars

Kid-friendliness: Children can get donuts and other items there’s also chars for them to sit in

“There's not a lot of parking spots here but the food is absolutely delicious I love it so so much and basically everything is good here. Yum! But sometimes the service is very mean.
