First time drive-through customer. Super friendly service from Casey, who made it uniquely pleasant. Didn’t feel like I was just a transaction. Felt like she appreciated me being in the drive-through lane. Even wiped down my iced coffee cup so that it wouldn’t drip and be messy in the car. Awesome service!
I'm not sure why this Dunkin' has such negative reviews, since it really just seemed like your average Dunkin' location. It's located at a gas station that also has a convenience store, so it's really got everything you need at one place. Our orders were prepared quickly and the staff was friendly. Granted, I stopped by at a time that wasn't too busy, so maybe there are more issues during peak hours. The store itself was fairly clean and there were a few tables available. I go through the drive thru almost every Monday-Friday around 7:30 am. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accurate. I haven’t had better service at any other Dunkins ever, anywhere and I’ve been to a lot of Dunkins.
