“Got the order correct this time. 50/50 shot when you order on the App. Zero customer service. Wanted a tray and there was no one at the counter to ask. They were all around the corner complaining about something. They should have a manager or supervisor at the counter making sure orders are correct. Let the employees make they food. This would eliminate complaints.“

“I want to apologize to anybody who came to the drive through today between 330 and 430. My headset went out with no knowledge to me . if it wasnt for an amazing customer letting me know i would have been in trouble all night. However things did turn around. If u had left the drive through line because of no response or a long wait please know that i wasnt ignoring u it was souly based on faulty equipment. Again my sincerest apologies and i look forward to serving u tomorrow night ! GO PATS ! IF THEY WIN SO DO YOU !!!“

“Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting.
There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware.
I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both.
If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.

“Where to begin! I would be lost without my ladies each morning and mind you I travel here from Goffstown because they just get it right every time! The morning girls are spot on, no matter what is going on they are smiling, polite, friendly, remember your name when you walk in. Most of all my coffee is not burnt and always done right as well as what ever food I order! I wish this crew was at the Goffstown Dunks because they could certainly turn things around there! I hope the owner appreciates all of you ladies! You are a great group do not change who you are ever ladies!“

“Me and my wife go to this dunks often normally we don’t have an issue but recently this new guy I have been seeing seems to be on his phone and unhelpful whenever I interact with him. On the other hand his co worker Jessica I have had many interactions with that have always been positive. My drink and food always come fast and always seem to be perfect. She is the Main reason my wife likes this dunks over ones like the Manchester one and ones on the way to work.“
