I try not to criticize, and maybe I just have bad luck but this is the second bad experience at this place out of 2 visits. Coffee was wrong, bagel has almost no cream cheese (& it tasted kinda off). I only went to Duncan's cuz I got a gift card, once it's used up I have no reason to go back. Better bagels in town, and better, cheaper coffee elsewhere. I feel bad for the employees, seemed like theyre short-handed and overworked; I don't know if that's cuz they can't get more employees...read full review
I love getting my refreshers from here and i love the workers here they are so nice and welcoming and in a good mood always they are the best and always make my sandwiches bagels and wraps so good i always leave them a tip i wish i could give
