Really disappointing experience-again. We waited about 10 minutes just for someone to come to the window, and when they finally did, they seemed annoyed and angry that we were even there.
We ordered two orders of hash browns, which took well over 10 minutes. After all that waiting, the hash browns were extremely burnt on the outside but somehow still mushy. They were basically inedible. They were so mushy they were broken in the bag and smeared.

The service is a joke especially in the morning they don't care about customers that walk in just let you wait for 10 minutes or more when you're the only one in the lobby area ive walked out twice now never again
White guy with the beard is a bad hire. Was insulting to my girlfriend and argued with his coworker. Manager should consider removal.

Dunkin' has been thriving since the change in leadership. The staff, including Corey, provide exceptional service with a smile. The drive-thru experience is particularly commendable, with cashiers being kind and courteous. However, there have been issues with the app accepting orders after 5 pm when the store is actually closed, causing inconvenience. Despite this, employees are fantastic, and the restaurant has been known to correct mistakes and provide good service with a smile. Overall, Dunkin' offers a positive experience with great customer service.
