Horrible!!!! Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had ! Boneless Spare Ribs were inedible! Hard as a rock ! Chicken had an awful taste and beef teriyaki tasted old ! Stay Away !!! Yuck 🤢

Got a Happy family for two, the grease was old you could have wrung the egg rolls out there was so much grease and it was old needs to be changed. It's a shame the only place in epsom for Chinese food and nothing to talk sbout.

This was our first visit, and I was disappointed. The food was ample, but only fair, not special. The wait staff was underwhelming. We were one of only 3 or 4 tables occupied and the young man never brought water. The place looks old and tired. It could really use an update. We will not return.

Ate in and food was great, servers didn’t listen well. When i said i could box up my leftovers to go, they took my plate to the back and half of it was missing. Also they forgot my wife’s soup, and did the same to her leftovers.

Have gotten food there many times Getting worse each time. Chicken fingers taste funny and are hard and tough rice was just ok there teriyaki is sliced so thin you can see through not sure what they season all there food with but it all has a very odd taste to it even the crab rangoons are funny tasting family would not eat it after a couple bites. Very disappointing after spending 60.00 its time to find another place

After an exhilarating autumn day spent admiring the foliage at Mountain Major, our group of eight Taiwanese friends found ourselves famished and in need of respite. Fortune smiled upon us as we discovered New Happy Family Chinese restaurant at 943 Suncook Valley Hwy S, Epsom, NH 03234.

The menu boasted an array of tempting dishes, and we weren't disappointed. The Orange Chicken ($13) was a testament to authenticity, striking the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The Mongolian Beef ($15) was a savory delight, its tender slices of beef complemented by crisp vegetables.

A standout was the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, which transported me back to the bustling street stands of my hometown. The Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with a harmonious blend of flavors.

What impressed us most were the generous portion sizes. Each dish could easily satisfy even the heartiest appetites, making the prices incredibly reasonable. The warm ambiance and attentive service added to our overall positive experience.

New Happy Family has certainly earned a spot on our Google favorites list. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to this hidden gem whenever we find ourselves in Epsom, craving a taste of home-style Chinese cuisine.

Manager was ok at the door. Ordered fast and prepared fast. As garbage food should be.. spareribs dry, crabless ragoons. Terryaki sticks small, dry dehydrated garbage. How people say this is good food is beyond me. Look up at vents see the black that was there before covid

A good restaurant for Chinese food. Our food was well prepared and served hot to our table. We
ordered off the "set plate" menu that was available during our dinner time. I had the Beef and vegetable dish with fried rice which was very tasty. Service was somewhat slow due to a lack of wait staff but we didn't have a problem. Mai Tai drinks were well made. Their menu showed a large selection of set plate dishes as well as specialty dishes for order.

We recently ordered chicken fingers and pork fried rice . The chicken fingers were over cooked the texture was very off and unfortunately the box of rice had a bright green fly 2 scoops in . However the man I spoke to was very kind and very apologetic and extremely eager to make it right . He did replace with a fresh box , but unfortunately at that point we were unable to eat or enjoy it

I am so disappointed with our meal yesterday. Everything was so old tasting and the duck sauce was so fermented that the top of the container almost blew off from the pressure of a fizziness. I have always enjoyed the food here but I think it will be a long time before we try it again as I'm feeling sick today from it and it wasn't just me, the rest of my family is feeling ill as well from it.
