Cooks are Genuinely incapable of toasting a sub. It’s not like a oh they made a mistake it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered from here. Don’t waste your money here it is a Waste. If their excuse is that their toaster doesn’t work then you need to hire a better manager because it’s been over a year bro. Place genuinely sucks

Placed online order for 12:35 pickup wasn’t ready when arrived waited in line and when my turn came up was told going to be another five minutes before making mine at that time was 12:54 and my lunch break was over at 1. Tried doing refund online and the chat bot wouldn’t send me to an actual human and said the Epsom location doesn’t exist………

Had to wait 15 minutes for the oven to start working, for an 11$ SIX inch with chips. They apologized over and over but wouldn’t even comp the chips for the wait smh. Was out of buffalo sauce AND hot honey. SKIMPY PORTIONS you wouldn’t believe. Even the oil and vinegar, she put like a single line of it down half of the six inch sandwich, almost NOTHING. I’ll NEVER come back to this POS BS place

The new General manager has set the bar for customer service and the atmosphere in the store when Xavier is in the store is awesome. He greets customers in a timely manor has a smile on his face and takes pride in his store and Employees

If I could leave 10 stars for my entire experience I would.axavior was my person.absoloutley never had better customer service anywhere.you were so incredibly pleasant. Ordered a steak and cheese sub online i requested not toasted did not want the bread all crumbly I get home unwrap this thing to a cold steak with a piece of cheese on top let me tell you never in my life have I gotten a cold steak and cheese sandwich I called them back the woman said that's what I requested non toasted I said are you serious now I have to tell you how to make a steak and cheese sandwich this has to be the worst sandwich I ever had and this will be the last time I ever order from Subway unbelievable

We have stopped at the subway a few times because it's convenient. Each time we've stopped we've noticed that there's typically only one person working. When I stop tonight there was only one person however it was not busy. When the person was making the subs he just dumped lettuce on half of it. Then I asked for spinach he took a handful and he basically dumped it on top so it went all over. When I asked for tomatoes he only put 3 on a foot long sub so I asked for more. We also got a meatball sub and he barely put any sauce on it. You either need to train staff better or hire people who will do the job. I probably won't go back to this one even though it's super convenient. I took a pic of the meatball sub. It doesn't even look like there are any meatballs in it. I tried opening the sub but it was stuck shut.

The door and website both say they open at 9, however when you show up the door is locked and there not ready for another 15 minutes because they didn’t set up the line in time.

Sandwiches were delicious however there was ONe person working walk-ins with online orders blowing up. She was doing the best she could. Management needs to provide better support during dinner hours for their staff.

My favorite Subway to eat at! Amanda and Bri are the best! I have food allergies and they always take good care to make my sandwiches so I don't get sick from cross contamination. Couldn't ask for better service, food or atmosphere!
