A dunks is a dunks... But this staff (11/21/25 @ 0645am) just ignores the customers waiting in line inside. Me and a friend stood there for about 10-15 minutes, no greeting, and our orders not taken, while the staff walked by intentionally not making eye contact or engaging with us. We left without ordering. Lame...

Walked in and all the workers were being super immature, I understand it’s fast food but is it that hard to lower your voice or go to the back? Elementary service, 3 for 3 whenever I have ordered from here my food is slammed squished or something is messed up, please just go to aroma joes.

Not even bothering going inside to have this be fixed cause the staff here is obviously not capable . No one was infront of me / no other customers in line and I ended up waiting 10 minutes for just these hash browns . Everytime I go to this location in an emergency if I’m too hungry … I’m reminded why I avoid this dunkin. The crew member that made these looked at these and said yeah I’ll serve them to someone . Disgusting and can’t eat them , taste like charcoal .

Worse service I’ve ever experienced..the workers are to busy playing on their phones or being a DJ with the music..music is inappropriate first of all and very loud to the point where you can’t even hear the customers..the crew doesn’t know how to work together as a team..coffee isn’t fresh..store is dirty..Jan the manager doesn’t know how to run the store..she lets her daughter who I think is 6/7 work on the floor making coffees and getting food..makes me wonder if they ever actually watch the cameras at that store but I’ll say they definitely need to take a look and see what’s actually happening at that location..

Paid $6 for a coffee and they didn’t even fill the cup all the way. If you’re expecting to get your money’s worth, don’t come here. You’ll leave with less than you paid for—literally. Disappointing experience. Ps the espresso shots they pull are sour.

Absolutely the best Dunkin’s I have been too , the Mgr Jan ( I think) is a true leader , coming from a Mgmnt background myself , she does amazing job holding exceptional standards across the board , and it’s apparent based on the employee and atmosphere she cultivates!
Hi five to the mgr and her team for running truly one of the best Dunkin’s across New England . I have been going to this Dunkin for past year . But originally from ct have been too a lot of Dunkin’s across New England . This one store takes the cake as the best .

Very rude workers who ignore customers and seem angry all the time. I got ignored waiting at the drive thru order station, thought it was broken so went up to the window and the woman working was rude and angry that I had the audacity to move to the window. I left rather than risk spit in my food. Something is potentially very wrong with the manager / employees here. Avoid and report to corporate

1/20/25 8:45pm rude employees!! went to the drive rhrough and waited, was silent with nobody acknowledging me, no line either. I thought it might be broken or they were closed as it was MLK day. Woman was snippy and rude, seemingly mad that I drove to the window. Nobody was inside. I explained I thought the machine was broken, she irritatedly confirmed it worked and asked for my order. I politely declined due to the attitude and wished a great night. Not worth it.
