I think the hair in my order speaks for itself. But the fact that it wasn’t even what I ordered is the real kicked. Tried to move on from that by tossing it and then opened my bagel to find this.
Is this typically how much cream cheese people get on their bagel….?
Because when I ask for it on the side it rarely makes it into the bag so, it seems like a lose lose.

this particular location is just the worst. They take an eternity to greet you, take your order (which 9 out of 10 times they get wrong) and they just don't seem to care. the last time I went I got yelled at by a team member and it made me so uncomfortable I just walked out without my coffee. no matter how convenient this location is I go to aroma joes now. I get way better customer service.
