Amazing. Seems to be under new ownership and everything was so good - from the food to the service. I highly recommend everything we got: crab Rangoon, pork buns, sesame chicken, general tsao's chicken, Singapore Mei Fun noodles, and fried ice cream. We'll be coming back often!

New Year’s Eve 2023. Take out. Without a doubt, absolutely the worst Chinese food takeout I ever imagined. Nothing had any taste and appeared to be soggy and old. High grease content. Absolutely nothing redeemable about this meal. Worse than one could imagine. However, our dogs liked the chicken.

My family and I have always enjoyed the food and service. We went recently, and although the new renovations look good, we were disappointed in the food quality and service. The quality of the food is not the same and, unfortunately, the service was slow which is unusual for them. Not sure if they have a new kitchen cook, but, the vegetable lo mein was dry and overcooked. We ordered orange chicken and beef teriyaki and both were chewy. I understand that it's hard to find staff these days, but, I hope they get the kitchen problem straightened out. This used to be our favorite Asian restaurant.

Food was barely average, nothing special. Menu is very limited. If you're looking for Chinese go elsewhere. Service was pleasant and quick. What ambiance?? It is dismal, bland, institutional, unrelieved gray. It is cold-feeling and uninviting. Will not go back.

This restaurant had been on my To Do List for quite awhile. Then, one day in October, when I was shopping at other places in Exeter Commons, I finally got there. Somewhere along the line, new management had taken over, and the printed menu was labeled New Pine Garden. After browsing the Lunch Specials section of the menu, I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein Luncheon Special with an Egg Roll & Pork Fried Rice at $9.99. With NH Meals Tax, the total was $10.84. I had it packed up as take-out. I noticed that the wall near the register was decorated with a number of Best of the Best Awards for several years running. It was a 10-minute wait for my order. I took one of the four seats near the tropical fish tank and watched the fish swim around and feed here and there. Later at home, I reheated and ate the luncheon special for dinner. The eggroll was cooked to a medium brown. It was cooked more than I care for. It was very crispy. It was also very tasty. And, it was NOT the slightest bit greasy. So, in all, it was still good. The Chicken Chow Mein was in a very light sauce - not swimming in thick goo. I really appreciated that. I especially liked the noodles. They were wide, flat, very light, and airy. The fried rice was very light. It wasn’t loaded with oil. It was done to a light beige color. So, it wasn’t loaded with soy sauce which meant that it wasn’t loaded with sodium. Overall, the meal was light on oil and saltiness from soy sauce. Everything was fresh. The portion was generous enough for me to get two full-sized dinners from it. I enjoyed my food from New Pine Garden Chinese Restaurant. I rate my experience at 4.0.
