We were working Friday night 8/22 and a coworker ordered off of slice dinner for 3. After 3 hours of waiting because at one point our food said on the way and then just never changed we called slice and let them know. Coworker got a call from the establishment itself apologizing over and over said they were making the food then and sending it but coworkers shift was over and there was no point so we said no thank you we want a refund. Love their food they are always amazing I don’t know who made my sub tonight I was disappointed though cause none of what I asked for was on it . I will give them another chance but I was kind of upset because I should have got what I paid and asked for
the people are great I've yet to meet this manager everybody seems to have a problem with. the food for the most part is great I wouldn't order the sweet potato fries again too soggy as they are at many places. it's really not that hard I've made crispy sweet potato fries at home both in the oven and deep fryer and the air fryer too for that matter. other than that food is tasty a bit expensive but what's not these days.... delivery was good driver was a bit confused between the...read full review
