We have lived in Franklin for over 7 years and we get food to go at Al's because it's good and convenient. The only complaint I would ever be able to share is the phone edicate. Dry personalities or a sence of irritability.

Called on Thursday night at 8:15 PM, no answer x2, website stated they're open until 9:00 PM, VERY DISAPPOINTING. If they're not going to be open, then they should update their website, VERY Unprofessional! I went there one other time and the people behind the counter were not nice at all, actually kind of rude, but what can you expect from Franklin. I'm going to JJ' s Wood Fired Pizza!

The delivery driver was awesome. 8/1/2024 I ordered the hand battered chicken plate. The person who took the order was in such a hurry that what i got was not battered chicken it was deep fried dried out chicken coleslaw that was soup and fries soggy with oil. I have ordered from them before and the food was awesome. This time was the worst food ever ( my dog wouldn't eat it )

I stopped here for a late Sunday lunch with some family. I ordered a BLT and the rest of the group split a pepperoni pizza. We also ordered a side of onion rings. Our food came out quickly and was brought to our table for us. I was pleasantly surprised with my BLT, it came on a sub roll and the bacon was cooked just right. The rest of our group loved the pizza, and the side of onion rings was a huge pile on its own plate! Would definitely come back next time we’re in the area.
Dietary restrictions: There were no issues accommodating my dairy allergy.
Parking: There’s a dedicated parking lot next to the building, as well as free street parking out front.

Never had a bad experience. Had a job local to here so I ended up frequently going. Find was consistent and good. Customer service and atmosphere is the average of what you'd expect from a small pizza shop. Love the chicken parm grinder and seasoned fries (they give you a ton of fries)
Also there is a bar that's separated if you'd like a beer while you dine/wait
