Over an hour for my order to be made and delivered.not the first time this has happened

So at the Franklin location, as you are ordering, they start making it so if you want to adjust your order before you pay, you're not allowed to. And then if you call them (2min after ordering) and say hey I wanted to add this to it but it wouldn't let me the employee actually Will tell you no. I started making it before you were done ordering 'cause it pops up on our screen, but that's OK cause it's already on its way. When it is in fact not what you want and it's too late to fix it even though it's 3 minutes after you order by the time they answer. So then the person you're speaking to hands the phone off without saying anything And then the supposed manager tells you, no, it's fine, it's on its way if there's a problem call back (even though it is a problem cause it's not what you wanted) so it doesn't matter what you want and what you're paying for at this location.

Wish I could give Zero. They will mark your order delivered while you’re standing on your porch and it will show up 5-20 mins later with a rude young man “handing it” over and with the utmost attitude.
We waited months before giving another chance, and they did the exact same thing. Terrible business, and they will do nothing but make excuses for why when called. Will not be telling anyone to use this location

I tried to order online through their app and use the coupons and rewards points that I have on the app. They were unable to resolve an issue and told me basically tough luck.
There are places around here like Tilton House, Pizza, Pizza Hut and other small businesses that will treat you better. Don’t waste your money here.

We were waiting for our pizza to be made, one of the guys touched his nose and wiped his mouth while making our pizza. He didn’t even wash his hands. They’re very unsanitary, definitely will not be ordering there ever again.

Very good pizza and service. Very friendly people here even while they were very busy. Only issue I have is that the app stated my pizza was completed and I had to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes other than that very good!

This is a must have for your midweek, I need a snack, cause I smoked way too much weed, snack service. Get the Italian sandwich... It rocks!
Vegetarian options: I love their all veggie pizza... And they make a couple good veggie sandwiches. Don't be afraid to ask. These folks will do their best to accommodate you. I'm not a vegetarian but I know good food. Try it
