Stopped in today, a Saturday with my wife Bai and friend Jen to try out the food. My wife and friend had a BBQ something pizza. They assured me that it was good but I like traditional toppings. I ordered a small Italian sub that was large enough that I only ate 1/2, and took home the rest. We split and order of fries, that was a large portion and could have easily been split by 5 or 6 people. I will certainly stop in again next time I am in the Franklin area.

What a disappointment. JJ’s used to be quality wood fired pizza with great crust and ingredients. We don’t eat out often because the quality of most places is poor but didn’t want to cook so JJ’s sounded like a good pick. As others stated in their reviews, the crust was burnt around the edges and there were so few toppings I thought I ordered a cheese pizza! We got a chicken broccoli and chicken red onion, the chicken was deep fried which I didn’t know when ordering, but didn’t look breaded, just fried so the outside was a crisp, and there were barely any onions or broccoli on them. The sauce had a peculiar taste and the cheese was thick and chewy and got thick and tough as it cooled down. So disappointed, another crappy place to eat in town. How friggin hard is it to get quality food?!!!

Food was good, it was ready when they said. I’m not sure it was worth the amount paid. If you order the poppers, know they are not breaded and are wrapped in bacon. Not what we were expecting. We picked up our food and did not eat in the restaurant. The staff seemed friendly though. Note to management, please update your site with prices so families can prepare better to purchase your food.

We ordered a small pizza and the waitress came back after awhile and said they only make special pizzas in large which we said OK. After awhile again, She came back and said they were out of eggplant so we switched up to a small cheese pizza. After being there just under an hour we still did not get our pizza and saw 2 other tables get their pizza and they came in after us! We asked the waitress why and she had nothing to say. We will not be going back.

Prices have gone up like crazy! $50 for a large pizza and order of wings?? Wings had no blue cheese or ranch… also was given BBQ chicken pizza but ordered buffalo.

This place is in a good location but the new owners have a lot of work to do on probably every aspect. Wings are flavorful and look good but are tough when biting into them. Pizza is good but price is high for the toppings you get and cheese is like rubber kind of. Crust is really good! Service was slow but at no fault of the bartender who was the only one on. Other parties coming in sat for probably 10 minutes or more before even seeing a menu or greeted. She was clearly overwhelmed and put in food wrong. The owner never even got up from her seat to address anything that was going or just simply help out. Been here many times and nothing is consistent which I hope improves

It's okay good wood fired pizza No house special pizza - not generous with the toppings and prices we on the higher side for the area.
Tonight, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and I received a small pizza with no tomato sauce. My husband picked up and was charged for a large pizza. The pizza doesn’t even look thoroughly cooked. I have attached a photo for reference. I am usually a fan of this restaurant, so this is disappointing.

Every time I call you the phone rings about forty damn times, I'm rushed when I get someone on the phone or the staff puts the phone off the hook, then the pizza has way too much cheese and it's under cooked. For the price and quality of food that use to be spectacular it's just not worth it...never again am I putting up with these incompetent employees.

They suck. I called at 11:06 as it says online they're open and the guy who answered the phone said oh we're not open for like 5 or so minutes and I don't know what I'm doing so I can't help you. I tried to continue speaking and he hung up on me. Very disrespectful of your employees. Don't let people answer the phone if they don't know how to act on the phone.

We ordered here for the first time this week. The food was amazing even though each time something was messed up with it we kept quiet. Tonight I drove out of my way extra to go pick up food everything we asked for in our calzone was on the side in little cups. The girl responded well you still got all the toppings you asked for and offered to replace it I asked if I could please speak to the owner because it would be another 2 hour round trip to go back and I asked if I could get a credit not even my money back the credit. She told me they would start making my calzone and the owner would meet me there in 45 minutes then 5 minutes later call me back to see the owner wasn't going to replace the calzone at all. I have never been to a restaurant that refuses to fix their mistake and they will be getting the better Business Bureau called on them
