Had my first meal from this place and it was very good, the yellow rice hey serve is great and everything was fresh. I will be ordering door dash from here in the future! Great food!

First time here and the gentleman at the counter offers me my meal for free. I respectfully decline and am happy I did so because the meal was worth every penny. Even after my decline, I was offered a 1pc chicken free of charge which I did graciously accept. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and equally pleased with the meal. The chicken had an exceptional crunch to the skin and the meat was juicy and the whole piece tasted delicious. The rice bowl I ordered was abundant. More food then I could eat in one go which made the inexpensive $11 meal more than worth it. It was flavorful with multiple dressings to choose from. If you like spicy you can get their hot sauce. While it has a kick, it doesn’t have the lingering effect so you can easily go in for your next bite. I also saw their desserts in the fridge. I didn’t get one this time around but it took everything in me not to. They looked fantastic. Cheesecake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, and and Oreo cake.My only suggestion would be to add some music in the background to help liven the place up and make it more welcoming.

Went here the other day for dinner. We ordered the 21 peice meal for $50. Very great price for 8 Mash potatoes and gravy, 3 coleslaw and dinner rolls. The chicken was really great and jucie and nicely seasoned. I read comments with some saying it is to spicy. I have not found this to be the case. It does have a little spice but nothing to worry about lol. The coleslaw was good but a bit bland. It is a really great pallet cleanser. The mash potatoes were good; the gravy was okay. I believe it is not homemade but pre-packaged. The inside is dated and not much to look at. The staff are super friendly, informative, and hardworking. Our 21 peice chicken was made to order and super hot and fresh when we picked it up unlike some places. The Lamb Gyros is absolutely fabulous! The fries are always delicious and fresh tasting and never taste like old grease. Side note; the food here has never tasted like old grease as it seems to be well maintained and is very clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for fried chicken. I cannot wait to try all the other food.
We drove to Franklin for a furniture sale and ended up here for lunch. It was fantastic! The gentleman at the counter was very cheerful and friendly. The chicken was cooked perfectly - delicious crispies, so flavorful - juicy breasts and thighs, perfectly crunchy. The mashed potatoes and gravy was also delicious. We look forward to going back and trying some other items soon!

Maaz's Chicken Restaurant is extraordinary! The gentleman behind the counter warmly welcomed our family, and provided care, humor, wisdom, advice and the kind of welcome you'd expect from your very favorite family member. The restaurant's food reflects the quality of their welcome... generous, delicious, tasty, and different than the standard fare one would find at a fast-food restaurant. Thus, I recommend "Maaz's" without hesitation or reservations... "Be kind" and you'll find your kindness heartfully returned (and your stomach delightfully filled)!

We went tonight after my daughter's basketball game. They welcomed us (I had my my Mom and Dad with me) with deep care and respect. They made the food from scratch which was a pleasant surprise. As we waited they even gave us a sampling as they shared appreciation of our family and we felt the same for them. The chicken was outstanding. We had wings and my daughter had nuggets. All fresh and made with love. We highly recommend if you are coming through Franklin or live in the area that you check out this wonderful place where food is made by wonderful people.
