“Fast” food shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get especially when you go through the drive through. They had 7 cars parked so it didn’t run up their DT times. Will be the last time I ever give them my business!

This was a fast McDonald's. Over the last year it has become extremely slow. Everything is overpriced now like every McDonald's . Waiting in line for 15 min with only one person ahead of us is not acceptable

Waited twenty minutes for a single happy meal when there were only two cars in front of me in the drive through. You could see them completing orders on their screen to improve drive through times without actually giving the customers in front of me their food. A few minutes later they were loudly discussing what was supposed to in those orders because they had already cleared them and they didn't seem to have any idea. They waved me to the side and gave full orders to two cars behind me and I left. No communication by staff either, was told they would refund but now I am going to have to run a charge back. Please avoid this McDonalds and make the extra 5 minutes drive to Tilton, you will save time and the bread won't be stale on your burger.

Your average McDonald’s, but the speed in this facility is on extra slow. When there are only two cars in line, they will have you pull over and park and wait 10 minutes for your burger. I also use the app as well for pick up in attempt to speed up the process and nine times out of 10. They don’t even start your pick up order until you tell them you’re there definitely not the best if you’re trying to stop in for some FAST food ?

This crew under Josh is very rude,disrespectful, the food sucks,this is not first time we have had a problem...I am calling cooperate to file a complaint..McDonald's wake up look at all the bad reviews your getting at this place these people are an insult to McDonald's .. They would not give me coupons when I call. They then began to berate me. English is not my first language. I will not return for business.
