We have given this restaurant many different chances. EVERYTIME we order from them we wait over an hour when the website states it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. Being comped mozzarella sticks for my order not being ready in a timely manner is not the solution. Tonight we ordered a large cheese pizza, fries, and a salad. People who came in to order at the counter after my husband had arrived to get our food got their orders before he did.

We get take out several times every fall when we vacation at Webster Lake. The pizza and salads are great. The staff is friendly and do a good job taking orders on the phone. The wait time estimates are accurate.

Don’t typically write reviews but this felt necessary. I called ahead and ordered a small pizza and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. Upon arrival, (approximately 30 minutes had gone by) I was told they were still working on it but it will be out shortly, which was totally understandable. Another 50 minutes had passed and I still had heard nothing, when I had gone up to ask about it was waiting on the shelf. By that point it was already cold and had to be microwaved. An hour and a half for a cold small pizza was a poor attempt.

We come here once a year for vacation, sometimes we stop at pizza chef. The place is not clean. The mans room could use some cleaning to. The front entrance smells. And after being dinner gor the flys in tge store. My food is finally ready.was not worth the price or wait, i noticed a hole in my container. Did a rat get hungry ? I am so done with pizza chef.

First time visiting this place. A large pizza is 18 inches here (ginormous). The pizza was really good and loaded with cheese and toppings. The people working were friendly. They took my pickup order 15 minutes before they closed. I wasn't expecting to be able to order that close to them closing.
I got a cheese steak sub pastrami sub fries and onion rings waited 1 hour when I got my food 5 min drive home everything was cold this place sucks never again
