Careful if it looks like you didn't get any hot fudge on your sundae. The girl working there will grab her microscope and investigate whether there actually is a drop of hot fudge on your sundae rather than just apologizing and giving you more hot fudge 🙄

All four stars of my review go to the girl behind the counter who was super helpful and knowledgeable. The young boy behind the counter got our order wrong and was very rude to us and his coworker in the 2 minutes we were there. Ice cream was delicious as always.

The same great ice cream as served in other Stillwell's (Richardson's), though being on the edge of a marsh means you should consider bringing insect repellent. When I went there earlier this evening the mosquitoes were absolutely BRUTAL!!! My genuine recommendation would be for them to invest in some form of environmentally friendly mosquito control, such as a Mosquito Magnet, or introduce a customer loyalty program for free transfusions.

Make sure when you pull into this place you walk to the right of the bldg. my husband and I walked in the front entrance and immediately realized it’s a walk up only. Could definitely use some signs for those of us that aren’t local to the area. That’s the ONLY critique I can give. Service was 🤌🏼 Portions were 🤌🏼 and pricing was reasonable

I recently visited this establishment for the first time and ordered a banana split. While the dessert itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the overall service. One of the staff members named Juliet was noticeably rude, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, another employee closed the service window to gossip with the first about my appearance and other personal details, which I could clearly overhear. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious.
The lack of professionalism and the unkind behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and consideration, especially as a first-time customer. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and ensure that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
Overall, while the banana split was decent, the poor service and negative atmosphere overshadowed any positives. I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.
