“Vegetarian options: This was a happy find as I was just traveling through, and hungry! I phoned the order in and it was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. 2 veggie soft tacos with black beans, rice, chips, salsa, and sour cream. Really fresh (no canned garbage veggies, even the mushrooms were FRESH!), and delicious and generous portions (I’m a light eater and this was 2 meals for me). Staff was very friendly when I arrived too. Would love to have one of these local to where I live. Bravo!“

“We have ordered from here multiple times and love the food. Our only gripe is the beef teriyaki sticks. The meat is cut so thin,you can see through it. It's disappointing because the beef teriyaki sticks we have gotten from other places is thicker, more flavorful and worth the price paid. I would definitely pay a little more for thicker beef teriyaki sticks you can't see through and have some teriyaki flavor. This is our go to Chinese restaurant, but, if we found another place where the food is comparable but the beef teriyaki sticks had some substance, I can't say we wouldn't change our go to place.“

“Place was great early on and even through Covid. Recently prices spiked and food prep went down a notch. Seems like they’re more picky with their waiter/waitress selection than quality of their chefs. Polished concrete floor just makes it way too loud to have a descent conversation, especially when you have a table full of over-served knuckleheads next to you.

And as a reviewer mentioned below, they way over-salt. The batter on the calamari was so over-salted to the point we couldn’t even eat it. I also had the halibut recently and it was way overcooked and way over-salted. They need more quality control coming out of the kitchen.“

“This place was great! The devil eggs of the week were yummy. We decided each to try two different burgers and share them. They were both amazing. Our server was very nice also. The atmosphere was so welcoming, I'd love to sit inside next time or near a fire on a palet bench. A few people were leaving with their dogs also.“

“I got the szechuan style lo mein noodles, it wasn’t spicy and had chicken, beef and shrimp with chillie peppers seasoning in it. It was tasty but I wouldn’t eat their shrimp again. Also the portions are good with most plates, and the prices are normal.

“This is a wonderfully old-time diner experience. The wait staff were over the top friendly. The time spent there was after the early birds (9am). Texas toast French Toast and bacon ordered. Texas is sure bigger than what was served. The bacon was burned and almost tasteless. I think this place is worth going to and I'll return, but there are improvements to be made.“

“This is a strip mall fast food place so I couldn't give it higher then 3 for atmosphere and ONLY for that same reason I couldn't give it an overall 5 stars. Having said that, for WHAT it is is, it is GREAT...the food is the best of this genre in the area, the people are pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. My only major complaint is that I wasn't able to get it delivered

As a family of 4 we have an autistic child and he has good sensory issues and will only eat certain things like Grilled cheese! They have this on the kids menu and this made it so we could all enjoy our dinners!! The live mariachi band was just fantastic!! What a treat!! We will definitely be back!! Today we had Crab Rangoon, eggroll, happy family, House Special lo mein and hot and sour soup. Everything was as delicious as always the portions are very generous. For the past year or so we have been taking advantage of DoorDash. All the above arrived hot. Which is very important to us.
