“I had the beef with peanut sauce served with white rice, that’s one of my favorite dishes that keeps me coming back and it was absolutely delicious! The beef was tender, the peanut sauce was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, and it paired perfectly with the rice. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked just right. The portions were generous, Jackson is alway friendly, polite and welcoming. Our waiter Andrew kept us content with making sure everything was fine with the appetizers drinks entrees and the dessert. The food was amazing. The duck was excellent and my husband's short ribs were delicious. I would definitely go back again. We went early and still made reservations which I suggest you make as I heard this place gets packed on the weekends.“

“This was our first time here. We were warmly greeted and felt the welcoming atmosphere right away! Our waitress Rayna was very friendly and at my husband’s prompting eagerly gave us her recommendations which were spot on. I ordered sausage & gravy Benedict & my husband ordered the homemade corned beef Benedict which both served on large crispy English muffins ! The corned beef was crispy too and the portions were large with select side of home fries also seasoned well! So good! Come to find out our waitress parent’s are our neighbors ! Small world! We will definitely be back !“

The pork belly was wonderful, soy egg perfectly jammy. The only complaints - there were no bean sprouts, and I love them, so they were missed but definitely didn't take away from a scrumptious dinner. Also no fish cake but they added an extra piece of pork belly (which we werent told about and honestly would have been no big deal, but not mentioning it is the reason for 4 on service). Anyhoo, we'll be back here often!“

“We loved Newburyport and were grateful to find a perfect location for our lunch stop on our way from Boston to Acadia. Elizabeth was our server and she was excellent. We were seated outside with a harbor and park view. It was quiet, in the shade and thoroughly enjoyable. We had the lobster roll and a dozen oysters and the food was delicious. It was hard to live this charming town, but it won our hearts so we hope to be back. Thank you!!“

This past Friday our awesome server told us someone paid for our entire meal because our kids were so well behaved. We have 3 girls, a teen, 6yr old and toddler!
