“Professional dedicated caring thoughtful atmosphere. Cakes cupcakes are incredible and delicious with the upmost care in texture. Right amount of frosting and or fondant is always taken into consideration. A big plus for anyone needing cakes etc for any occasion.“

“The Tap is one of my favorite places to go for food and drinks in downtown Haverhill. I’ve gone with friends and my partner and we’ve all enjoyed ourselves every time. The menu changes often which keeps me on my toes but the options are always so varied yet are always so good in regards to selection! Funny enough I had the same server twice about a year ago part from each time and she was amazing both times!! Unfortunately I never got her name but she was great both times!! The food was fresh and AMAZING (see pictures). With the portions and how great everything was the price was beyond reasonable!!! Plus they have a downstairs bar with games like darts, hook ring and billiards, separate from their upstairs bar and dining room PLUS the deck. I’d recommend the Tap to anyone looking for a good time whether it was for lunch, dinner or night out! Love love love the Tap!“

“One of the best grilled chicken wraps I’ve had in a very long time. Good enough that I had to call the store back a few hours later and tell them how good it was. The chicken was cooked perfectly and they don’t skimp out on the amount of chicken they put in the wrap. The wrap was lightly grilled so everything stayed together nicely and it wasn’t falling apart getting all soggy like wraps usually do. One of the best house dressing ive had from a restaurant. The owner of the place is kind and was very welcoming someone that you definitely want to support their business. The owner suggested some of their other homemade things on the menu and I’m looking forward to going back and trying them out because I know for a fact they will taste wonderful“

“Had a last minute large catering order so I called to see if it was possible everyone was so nice and so helpful !!! They quoted me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours food was here in 45 minutes piping hot and spot on perfect!!!!! They were so great I highly recommend and will be ordering again !!! Thank you all u rock“

“Can't be in North shore and dont order a roast beef sandwich from Giovanni's. The quantities are generous. You get to choose what goes with the roast beef, either tomatoes, BBQ sauce, mustard, pickles or red peppers. And the size of sandwich you want. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. Whether grab on the go or dine in.“
