“Came in today after HAVING A DAY!!! I was exhausted and def not myself!!! I was greeted by a friendly bartender and was served rite away ( it was busy ) I was made a delicious spicy marg and had a specialty salad with spin dip! Everything was phenomenal! I 100% recommend this place! The service was 100% thanks Bill for making my day difficult day into a positive experience! You def deserve a raise“

“Food came out hot and steaming, which was an excellent change of pace from most taco bells. They may have even toasted my soft taco shells, which I've never seen before and was absolutely delighted by.
Soda was crisp, store was clean. Even the bathrooms were immaculate.

“The people at BeanTowne Coffee House are absolutely amazing they all go out of their way to accommodate you and to ensure you have a great day! After moving to Hampstead, I have made it my go to coffee place as they are nice, understanding, and put customer service on the top of their list! They have wicked good cold brew and lattes! They have the BEST homemade pumpkin chocolate chip muffins too. Thank you BeanTowne for being such a a great local coffee shop!“

“Have always enjoyed the food, eating in or take out. During covid when open we enjoyed many a meal and always felt our business was appreciated. Tonight my wife called to place an order ( of roughly 200.00 to 250.00) for our family. Understandably it took a while for the phone to be answered and when it was and my wife said " hello I would like to place a take out order" received " we are not taking take out orders this eve" and was abruptly hung up on. We have been loyal supporters of this establishment pretty since it opened. Never spending another penny here. Our money was great when things were lean, sadly unappreciated. Thanks.“

“We were visiting our daughter along with my siblings. We went to the Friendly for breakfast on our last day and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the prices were great, and the service was above and beyond wonderful! Our server was incredible!

“I have to say that this was such a wonderful experience. The food felt homemade, warm, and comforting. I tried the toasted ravioli they are known for and it was delicious with the meat sauce. The portions were hearty, and the food was tasty, we had gotten the chicken broccoli ziti, seafood pasta and bolognese, and all three were well made and reliable. The best part of the entire visit was our waiter Nick. He was extremely attentive, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. For example, he made sure to get my brother a water because he knew the drink he was ordering was very sweet. He also always made sure to check in on us, ask us about the food and even joke around with us throughout our time there. My family would go back definitely- especially if our waiter is nick!“

“Our server Yannissa was lovely and attentive! Food was delicious and hot. The restaurant was clearly under a lot of pressure during the dinner rush when we arrived, and everyone we came in contact with was still pleasant and attentive and very nice.

“Great place for coffee and a snack or meal. They need to do something about the time at the drive-thru...when people place large orders, the whole line of cars behind it has to wait. Yesterday, I had to wait 12 minutes to pick up my coffee. The need to have the people who order large orders to pull around the front of the building and wait in the spots by the doors and an associate can run them out their order. Keep that Drive-thru line moving.“
