I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 4 things. The 2 soups I ordered were barely half full and had no broccoli in it. For the amount of money I spent, I would think that soup would be full and have one of the main ingredients in it. A waste of money.
These guys are awesome, always friendly even under extremely hectic situation, went in today and I guess there was a problem with the kiosk and it didn’t put through the order but the manager was more than helpful and took care of everything even though they had like 50 people in there that were ordering all kinds of food. These guys are the best.

What happened to Panera food quality? I used to always LOVE the green goddess salad, would look forward to eating it. The one I got today had no kale (boring romaine instead) no delicious red onions, low flavor tomatoes, and just generally flavorless. So sad to have lost this as a great lunch option. Panera lost a customer.
