Girl who took the cup to make my order proceeded to rub her nose and whole face with her hands, didn't wash hands and touched the cup at the rim. Pretty grossed out by this experience.

The drinks are good when I’ve gotten them, but the place is infested with flies. Not the workers’ fault, but Starbucks shouldn’t be making them work in those conditions, it is literally FILLED with black flies and it’s concerning. However the employees are always really nice. There was a lady there today acting kind of cray cray and they handled it super well and a lot more patiently than I would have lol

We went to Barnes and Noble's Starbucks in Salem NH, but then like with Aroma Joe's later down the road, they closed an hour ahead of their advertised hours online. The bookstore closes at 9, but when we searched the cafe it says 8. When we arrived at 7, they were already closing up and turning people away. What's up with Salem??? Are the hours everywhere optional? No idea why people like this town so much--we're only here because of an activity our kids are participating in.
