Very disappointing experience. I ordered a large coffee but received a medium, and the customer service was poor. I also tried to scan my Starbucks Rewards QR code, but was told they don’t do that at this location, which I found very strange. I was frustrated with the experience and won’t be returning to this location.
Best on-campus starbucks, wayy better than south. Staff are so friendly, and quality is good. Always trust a barista with colored hair!! Give that dude with the red hair a RAISE!! Look how beautiful my matcha turned out.
