The worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff is incredibly rude on a consistent basis and I could probably count on my singular hand how many times my drink has been made correctly.

good drinks and a nice place to study or hang out. they have a fireplace which is nice for winter time (not always on though). bad service. the employees talk so quietly you can't even hear them and they are not friendly (at least the ones i've met). they are also always out of everything. the barista charged me extra for oat milk then after making the drink told me the oat milk was done so he put regular milk .. but i already paid extra. don't know why he didn't check before making the drink. also he said that he used regular milk so rudely and quietly i just left.

I got a white chocolate Mocha Grande and a tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. While the cashier told me that it was vegetarian, but later on I realized that it had ham in it. Now I am not vegetarian,so I was okay with it. But it would be terrible to serve a meat dish to someone if the person was vegetarian. The employees working here should take complete responsibility for this. I would have got it changed if I didn't check it after 20 mins as I was in a hurry and had to reach somewhere. Also, they charge 5.45$ for a really tiny sandwich !!!!!!!!

The coffee tastes so watered down and awful here. Today I asked to add hazelnut and caramel syrup in my coffee and they didnt even add that. I didn’t try my coffee until I was out of the store so at that point it was already too late to go back. They did charge me for the syrup btw. Not coming back here, service is bad too.

This Starbucks is conveniently located on North Campus. The store accepts River Hawk Dollars. There can be a line at certain times of the day. Unfortunately it is not possible to place an order with the Starbucks app.
They barely say anything when putting your order on the counter and this causes massive confusion when there are multiple people waiting

can never make my drink correct, always order the same thing and the results vary (as well as price). I also had a starbucks gift card and they told me I can’t use it. Employees are not very pleasant.

I ordered the chicken gyro with everything on it. The gyro comes wrapped in foil, appears neatly packaged but when you open to eat...messy as heck. My hand drenched afterwards. The whole ensemble is packed with flavors. There was a party in my mouth. With that said, it didn't stop me to grab a salad to go. Which was just as pleasing as the gyro.
